What you should do if you receive a SPAM email:
Think of it in the same context as throwing away the junk mail you receive at home. You do not need to forward it to Stylist Care for review.
- Do not reply to the SPAM message. This can inadvertently welcome more SPAM to your Inbox, since it confirms to the sender that your email address is valid.
- In most instances, if you do not respond to the SPAM mail, it will stop in days, weeks, or up to a few months.
- You can also filter the SPAM mail you receive by right-clicking on the message itself and selecting “Report SPAM.”
- Make sure your SPAM Settings are up-to-date. Navigate to your J.Hilburn email account. In the upper righthand corner with the hamburger menu (three lines). Click on “Settings”

Then, click on “SPAM Settings” and make sure Spam Filtering is “On” and your Spam Handling is “Deliver to the Spam folder”. Click “Save”.
How to add emails to your Safelist:
From time to time, you may receive an email in you SPAM folder that shouldn’t have gone there (like communications from J.Hilburn Corporate). You should add the following email addresses to your Safelist to make sure you’re always in-the-know:
- communications@jhilburn.com
- marketing@jhilburn.com
- fitadvice@jhilburn.com
- stylistcare@jhilburn.com
- noreply@jhilburn.com
- Navigate to your J.Hilburn email account
- Go to the upper righthand corner with the “hamburger menu” (the three lines). Click on “Settings”

- You’ll be brought to your General Settings window. Click on “Spam Settings”.

- Then click on “Safelist”. Then “Add”

- Type in the email address you want to make sure you always receive emails from and click “Add”

- Once you have added the email address, hit “Save”. You should now receive emails from these senders without issue.
