The email address is already in use on another profile in Green Room. Please reach out to Stylist Care at stylistcare@jhilburn.com to see if Client is assigned to an active Stylist. If the Client is not assigned to an active Stylist they can be transferred over to you. If Client is assigned to an active Stylist, the Client would need to send an email to customerservice@jhilburn.com stating that they would like to be transferred to you.
